Well, I thought maybe there were some pictures
of Jerry and Debbie in 'Thirty Years around the 
World, since it was published back in 1986, but 
is that an official TMO book? 

Almost every book I've read about the history of 
the TMO mentioned Jerry Jarvis and Charles Lutes.
