Vaj: > I don't believe she mentioned the fact > that Mahesh was a primary suspect in > the murder of Guru Dev... > Maybe that's because Guru Dev wasn't murdered, and because Mahesh was never a suspect?
If Guru Dev was murdered, you'd expect to read something about it in the Times of India - these kinds of nasty rumors don't usually get ignored by the Indian Press! Or, in at least one of the critical biographies about Mahesh. > Such facts were unknown by any TMers I > knew when I first heard it back in the > 80's. > So, what are the facts? The coroner didn't say anything about a murder. According to Guru Dev's physician, the Swami died of natural causes. Nancy didn't mention it, John Lennon didn't mentione it - the only ones I've ever heard mention it are you and Steve Perino. > Those that you would mention it to were > typically aghast at the suggestion, > actually believing M. was a holy man or > a yogi LOL! > In fact, I never met anyone who knew anything about this rumor, until you posted it on the internet. I've talked to thousands of TMers and I've been reading newsgroups for eleven years. > However Conny Larson's new book... > So, I wonder why Connie Larsen didn't mention a Guru dev murder in his new book? Can you cite any evidence that would substantiate your claim that Guru Dev was murdered and that Mahesh was a prime suspect? Ask Dana Sawyer. If Sal is correct, and the TMO has one of the largest groups of nuts in a cult, why would you have to make up stuff?
