No, I am not kidding. I am looking at it as if these are snapshots from a picnic, or perhaps a costume party. The previous pictures I saw indicated some over seriousness on the faces of the participants. Now, at the culmination of the ceremony, perhaps five of the rajas are just beaming, very bright. That is why I said what I said. I am in a 'wait and see' mode regarding whether this celebration has a practical effect.
