Watch the movie "Food, Inc." Hormones have not been abandoned in the US because they make chickens grow with larger breasts to market size in far less a time hence being more profitable for the farmer. This growth hormone has been considered as contributing to obesity in the US.
I'm not saying that the hormones have anything to do with sexual orientation or baldness but that the statement that they've been abandoned is false. Hugo wrote: > Gay and bald?
