Exactly. And let's be honest...why was the rule cooked up in the first place?

Because Judy and one or two others were ruining this forum via the non-stop 
avalanche of their own posts. In those days there was no governor at all on 
Judy's Barry fixation. It was all Judy, all the time radio 24/7.
