Ofcourse Maharishi was a monk. And so am I. Which does not mean that I do not 
occasionally enjoy physical contact with lovely, smart females.
I was also a "Bal Brahmachari" until the age of 18. There is an obvious reason 
why He later stopped using that title. That this obvious fact has escaped Rich 
Archer is, ofcourse, no surprise.
