Bush IS and was sane. His administration exploited 9/11 for their own ends and 
it has paid off handsomely for his class of society. Very effective means to 
concentrate wealth at the top. They don't fight and die in their wars, and 
their wealth continues to grow at a staggering rate. Bin Laden was a pawn in 
the larger scheme of things, as was unfortunately the 9/11 hell.
