  That's what I mean. Actually producing the veggies requires real
work. That part usually never reallly gets started. Seen any TM mall
stores around? 

  Hasn't there been some press lately about big increases in retail
sending on organic produce? That would produce enthusiasm in the niave
with money to invest, whether the market is there or not.

  Probably getting too cynical,
