:-) No need to meditate, stop watching those videos and just wallow in the anger, guilt, shame and self-centeredness. The worst thing people do is to cheer up a sad person, by giving them medication, alcohol, spiritual teachings and or other band-aids. Spiritual teachings being the most horrible and the worst because people have ready made, second hand beliefs out of it like canned, frozen food.

Damn, I have all those weaknesses. You are enlightened in my book, Ravi. Maybe if I watch more BatGap interviews the heavens will open up and shine a ray of light on my head (how self-centered is that?). I started the latest one today. I should have meditated today...am stuck in the aftermath of this year's Thanksgiving battle and am dreading Christmas. Nite. ________________________________ From: Ravi Yogi <raviy...@att.net> >To: FairfieldLife@yahoogroups.com >Sent: Monday, November 28, 2011 11:06 PM >Subject: Re: [FairfieldLife] Re: Vag worse than just dishonest, much worse > > > >"What the hell does purity mean anyway?" > > >As in Satva (clarity, equanimity) seems an inner quality and Tamas, Rajas >outer >manifestations of it somehow.
