I was disagreeing with your characterization of Judy as a fool and an idiot. I don't consider her either of these things. "Asshole"...well, aren't we all? Ha ha.
I'm not qualified to talk economics. I don't get real cable, but last night in the hotel watched the Bill Maher show, who had Krugman on it. So, I can now say...."Oh, that's who he is....." We don't have a lot of things at progressives might have wanted and Obama has conceded/compromised a number of times on what some thought was his "agenda." But overall, he is better than McCain would have been and certainly better than Romney as a choice. The man has the same spaced out look in his eye as Bush used to have and has said so many things that demonstrate how "out of touch" he is with my version of reality that I simply won't go there. In terms of "blame," I place most of the blame on Congress and would like to see term limits on our reps. I'm all for smart government creating smart jobs at this point. ________________________________ From: Bhairitu <[email protected]> To: [email protected] Sent: Saturday, May 26, 2012 11:54 AM Subject: Re: [FairfieldLife] Re: How Obama spends your money without you knowing it! My characterization of Judy or my position on inflation? Judy is taking a neoliberal position not liberal BTW. Many progressives and liberal disagree with Krugman and that inflation ought to be allowed to rise. It will hurt much of the population and there are better solutions.
