Good, maybe we can get rid of the AMA which has been instrumental in 
keeping doctors an "old boy" profession. We can start training and 
graduating more doctors. That will increase supply and you libertarians 
like the market to rule and so should bring down the price of health 
care. No reason for it to be so expensive and it isn't in other countries.
