May I add a last-minute entry, perhaps to go with the Dick Mays dry toast? Oeufs a la Sparaig: Eggs left over from breakfast, piled high. A delightfully proportioned combination of over-easy, sunny-side-up, scrambled, omelet, poached, and hardboiled.
