There are numerous stand alone programs available that display a Start menus and some are FREE. On the system I'm using, a large screen hi-res, the folders view in My Computer using Win 7 looks like a mess with all those folders all over the place. Reminds me of an old file cabinet in the back office. Who stacks their trash can on top of their desk? Go figure. It just looks weird.
