Yes, during the footman gig, they would be REQUIRED - but during the pub crawl 
with Her Majesty, I would insist on wearing a powder blue number, with a brim, 
and sash. Seeing as how my cranium is about three times as big as hers, the hat 
would perch on the very top of my head, and fall off frequently. If the weave 
was tight enough, I'd drink Guiness out of it, too!
