At 20 minutes now and Isen is right, it hasn't worked or doesn't work because there is more to Yoga than just TM practice. MMY said, "All limbs (of Patanjali's Ashtanga Yoga) were meant to be practiced *simultaneously*", MMY/Gita appendix on Yoga.
