What makes you think that Maharishi was doing anything other than this same parroted pattern-matching? This is *exactly* the kind of thing I was referring to earlier as "spiritual teacher schtick" and that Curtis referred to as a "language form." And Maharishi was *just* as likely to use it as Chopra.
