Gee, I wouldn't say order being imposed on a system
during analysis by an intelligence means the system
*itself* has intelligence.  What about systems that
have never been analyzed by an intelligence?  What
intelligence do they have related to them (if you
exclude a designing intelligence)?

"System" just means stuff that interacts in a more
or less regular way.
