Somehow, not all my comment made it.
I had added, that some of us communicate in a more gentle way, and others in a more direct, even harsh manner. It may depend on which part of our personality is more developed. Not necessarily making a judgment here, just saying that by giving people a leeway in how we interpret their comments, might make for a more friendly dialog.
