Reading FFL and sending messages to the group is about as close to a spiritual practice as some people get. Unless practicing squats in the back yard counts as a spiritual practice. Most people now live in places where there aren't any other TMers for hundreds of miles around - who else would you be talking to about TM and the TMSP?
