Most people, TMers included and TM teachers,, do not want to talk very
much about the /actual TM technique itself/. Nobody has really ever been
able to define exactly what TM is, including the MMY himself. We do know
that it involves thinking, and that it involves a sound, experienced
just like any other thought, but you probably won't find out much about
the actual technique reading here. Go figure.
