I don't know what he's talking about either. The raw figures should 
some drop for 3 out of 4 statistics before the weather stat was 
factored in.

The FBI uniform crime statistics were used for the study. The data is 
publicly available from the FBI, but not the researchers, a chief 
complaint by Barry M.
