Not quite. That was based on something else. This division makes sense
because each region has it's own specific geographical needs that can be
governed appropriately. But I'm not holding my breathe. Of course it
could come out of a complete economic collapse but more likely the rich
will want to commit suicide with a global war.
I'm just waiting for the other foot to fall.
