Or, as I've pointed out, the knee-jerk nature of them.

If I felt that he had spent more time coming up with 
the response (more often than not the same canned 
response we all taught to the faithful when we were 
TM teachers), it would be another story. But it 
doesn't really feel as if that's the case. It *feels* 
more like he reads something that takes about a second 
and a half to push one of his buttons, and then he 
takes another second and a half to fire off the
canned dogmatic reply.

For the still-faithful, this dogma may still sound like
wisdom. For those of us who regurgitated the Kool-Aid
some time ago, it sounds like one of those dolls that
speaks about 30 different phrases when you pull its
string. It's cute the first couple of times you hear
each phrase, but it gets old.

She does.

It's nothing but self importance speaking. I've
seen NO ONE here react to what Lawson (or Judy) have
said on that level. That's just what the Kool-Aid
is causing them to project onto the situation.  :-)
