Same as the *concealed* law. You must have a license, which requires passing state approved courses in use ,the laws regarding use and back ground checks to make sure you can legally own a gun. In other words, if you're a felon forget about it. I'd bet a dime to a doughnut hole that at; least 98% of those bikers wouldn't qualify for a license, yet many carried concealed weapons.
