Open Carry law passes, goes to Governor to be signed into law. It requires a
*concealed carry* permit and allows law enforcement to stop and request to see
permit. It also puts limitation on where one can *open carry*.

It's a good law. Same as the *concealed* law. You must have a license,
which requires passing state approved courses in use ,the laws regarding use
and back ground checks to make sure you can legally own a gun. In other words,
if you're a felon forget about it. I'd bet a dime to a doughnut hole that at;
least 98% of those bikers wouldn't qualify for a license, yet many carried
concealed weapons. Individual businesses and organizations will still be
allowed to prohibit entry carrying a weapon, concealed or open.
