/We are dealing with a very low bar individual, Steve. Apparently this guy didn't even know that it is legal in Texas, and many other states, to openly carry a rifle, and has been legal like, forever. Reading comprehension seems not be his strong point. He probably can't even shoot straight. Go figure./

Same as the *concealed* law. You must have a license, which requires passing state approved courses in use ,the laws regarding use and back ground checks to make sure you can legally own a gun. In other words, if you're a felon forget about it. I'd bet a dime to a doughnut hole that at; least 98% of those bikers wouldn't qualify for a license, yet many carried concealed weapons.
