Doug, Thus far, you have not turned out to be the moderator people feared you would be.
Speculations in this vein have come to naught. You have suspended Barry's posting privileges on what has been viewed as controversial grounds. And yet, the entire atmosphere of the place has changed. Barry was in vehement opposition to having you named moderator from the start, and worked to undermine this decision at every turn. This is not a place for someone who has a stated agenda to prove his point that an organization is a cult, and to label anyone who may defend the organization as cult apologist. We, all of us, know well, the good and bad points of the organization, its cult trappings and the positive aspects of it. But the site does not need to be hijacked by someone with an agenda that trolls, or abuses those who deviate from his stated point of view.
