I am confused.

Is "mcjrich" the author of this piece and is the same person
as "Norman Horowitz"?

Or is it someone named "Norman Horowitz" and the poster "mcjrich"
reproducing it for our benefit from some other source on the web?

Please, poster, make clear your sources.
