"Spring time for Bevan"? :) So the TMO actually guarantees the failures of its own projects?Doesn’t it often seem that way? It almost seems intentional and maybe sometimes is. There are so many examples. For instance, the draining of funds from MIU/MUM by International, whenever there was a slight surplus. I think the university might have been thriving by now if this hadn’t been happening all these years. Same with many other projects.
