An obvious first "test case" for this law should be www.whitehouse.gov.
I find almost everything that George W. Bush says in public annoying, if not downright harassing to myself and to those who believe in freedom. Everybody knows that George doesn't write his own speeches, and that they are *really* written by some White House speechwriter and then posted on this site under a false name, that of the President. Seems to me that I could charge these speechwriters under this new law, because they are annoying me, and they are doing so under a false name. ------------------------ Yahoo!
