---right on!)...below, the persons in question may not be Enlightened. But assuming they are, can they make mistakes. Unfortunately, this can (perhaps never) be proven nor disproven, since once an event has occured, there's no way to prove that an alternative event might have been more dharmic. (life-supporting, or enhancing evolution). Take the elections in Palestine. Hamas wins - (even without looking at the question of enlightenment), ; is this good or bad? Could be big trouble in the short run, but also in the longer run, this could be Kali's way of allowing the Medusa head of evil to rear up and be exposed, so She can lop of its ugly head. Ultimately, I dispute MMY's statement on the grounds that he can't prove it. Am I to accept everything HE says on the basis of faith? OTOH, I can't disprove it. So I rely on intuition, common sense, logic, and look carefully with the tools of observation I have and the various facts: such as the facts Brigante has so kindly given us. Given the large body of facts, I'm sorely tempted to blame MMY for the miscarriage of justice in failing to spread TM around the world (and calling this a mistake on his part). OK, I'll give into that temptation. He made a mistake. and the responsibility is largely his.
