I would expect, just as a matter of course, as M. gets more and more isolated--only really having contact via video feeds--that we'll begin to see more revisionism and hidden apologism coming from Vlodrop and the few remaining hardcore followers. This way any signs of tarnish can be removed and a rosier but still false picture can be painted for posterity. If you are a diehard follower, apparently there is no cognitive dissonance with such behavior. Indeed, it could even become a kind of "mission".
