Not true.

I thought that burning the flag was constitutionally protected.

It pisses many people off when it happens but they don't kill you 
over it.

As for Jesus, well, I don't know where you've been for the past 30 
years...Ole' JC is raked over the coals in the USA on a daily basis.

Piss Christ is not an isolated incident...

Yes, I agree it is all those things.

BUT the right to be stupid, crude, rude and barbaric should be 
constitutionally protected.
