"stuck in traffic with your sadhana" or unstressing a huge block of 
karma?

How does one ever know for sure?

Myself, I stick with one path -- TM -- for this lifetime, knowing 
that I will, from time to time, doubt it and wonder if anything is 
happening when, in actuality, I very well may not be having good 
subjective experiences precisely because of unstressing.

But, hey, that's the great thing about TM: if you don't think it's 
working and want to try something else, what's stopping you?  Keep 
doing TM twice a day for 10-15 minutes and go do whatever else you 
want to do...no conflict.
