You have a million or so to spend on obtaining a fancy title and hat? 
If not, where do you get "average" when talking about the rajahs?

Seriously, as one of the Sikhs once told a friend of mine: people are 
born into power and affluence by virtue of their past lives. 
Criticizing them for having such power and affluence serves no good 
purpose and only shows your own jealousy.

If you want to say that they have WASTED their opportunity in this 
life, that might be the case, but to call millionaires "average" 
seems silly, no matter which perspective you are coming from.
