Building a nuclear weapon means testing it, number one. Number two, the PLANS to build a suitcase bomb only work if you have the infrastructure in place to use those plans. Suitcase bombs are a heck of a lot more sophisticated than a Little Boy, and the Iranians aren't ready for building a Little Boy and won't be for at least 2-3 years according to the worst-case estimates. ------------------------ Yahoo!
