Yes, so its more the belief then the phenomenon itself which could be
transformative in the case of an onlooker. You know there are all
these Gurus who manifest things like rings, ash, watches etc. I also
have been given a ring by somebody like this. But as I am sceptical
about such feats, I didn't really *see* how he manifested it. But I
know a lady, who swears how she saw ear-rings growing in his palms
which he gifted to her. That makes people believe and feel that they
have a very special relationship. For me its enough what I feel with
somebody, how much my inner experience changes while and after meeting
somebody, how long it lasts. Everything else is a distraction. See Sai
Baba, he said that miracles are his business card. But why need it?
Then when there was an import stop of Swiss watches to India, he
suddenly didn't manifest Swiss watches anymore. I think that one can
be easily fooled by anybody claiming to have siddhis. Even the most
tiny manifestation science couldn't prove yet. If you think that this
should be a test of enlightenment, then its very clear that science
can't prove it.
