The Yoga Sutras are a compilation of practices from what, the 2nd century or thereabouts? Technically, they're not "vedic" because they were written too late, but since they're a compilation of what was already being practiced, it seems likely that the practices described were around during the Vedic era. In fact, Artwork depicting yoga asanas predate the time period assigned to the Vedic age, so obviously this is the case... ------------------------ Yahoo!
