Just a limitation of the way I stated it. Perhaps I should've said a state of progression (still a spacetime reference though). In any case, yes it is relative. Maharishi referes to it as experiencing the fullness of the Absolute, or spirit, or Self, with the fullness of the relative, with the relative not overshadowing the Self.
