Sheltered minds are often fancifully idealistic because of their 
immaturity and isolation. Bush may be idealistic, though he is 
certainly the most inept, ignorant and lazy president of the modern 
age.

I heard someone on the Chris Matthews show today talking about how 
Bush is now taking 'the longer view' with regard to geopolitics, and 
that his administration has recently learned that the world is not 
black and white, that these situations are complex...

I almost couldn't believe what I was hearing, that these yahoos saw 
themselves as fit to be running the most powerful country in the 
world, without a clue.

I am all for ideals, but not if they are born in the minds of the 
blissfully ignorant. I am tired of this country serving as the 
training ground for this bunch of overgrown kids.
