Palestinian Jews, and Palestinian Arabs were terms used since long before Israel was created in 1949. It is used as a term on international documents from the early part of this century. I have very large Bible from 1850's that has big map with a clearly defined country marked on it (much like the one today) that is called "Palestine" and is colored in gold color.
