No-one denies that Hizbollah is a terrorist organization. HOWEVER, targeting UN 
outposts 
after being warned many times that they are in the line of fire, targeting 
foreign civilian 
convoys returning to pick up more foreign civilian refugees (as NPR just 
announced today), 
etc., isn't the way to fight terrorism.
