There was no "targetting" more like Israel soldiers falling into 
Hizzbalah not human tactics.
Israel have no reason to target any UN post, on the contrary Israel 
lost many points for due to that event, and have no desire for that 
to happen.

The only one that gain points was Hizbalah, it's obvious. Is that 
the reason why Hizbalah was using the UN as human shield ? more than 
likely yes.
