Iran has the same insane ideology as the radical Islam and the later has proven that they have no value for life, not even their own. So even the claim that Iran will not use it since Iran knows that if they do other countries will destroy Iran will not hold water. only a meaningful change in the world consciousness, and i'm not talking a minor change but rather a full global different level will be able to make a differences.
