Exactly wrong. ' People have "sign up" who haven't even made it to town. People have signed up who ALREADY HAD A DOME BADGE, but need to re-arrange their life all of a sudden to accommodate the change in times, and are still juggling resonsibilities of home, family, and work, so don't have perfect attendance.
Most of the people are already living in fairfield, so it's not like they planned for a year to come to a course that had been scheduled in advance.
