Unfortunately, I believe that solar power is quite mature, so the price isn't going to change
much. Now Cold Fusion, on the other hand
Southwest Photovoltaic (PV) Systems Inc.  This is a place I know of that sells and installs solar panels for home use. It only supplements one's electrical needs. As  I said before, I know the person that owns the place and he has installed solar panels on his own home and says that it can supply enough  power to run a few lights and appliances, but definitely not Ac or Heating which are the major draws on most home use electric bills.
