nature of the program, you mean.

Of course there was, for the same purpose you're using
it for now, to claim the public approves of warrantless
wiretapping when the poll DIDN'T ASK ABOUT IT.

It's funny how you're so persnickety about exactly
what the polls asked that found majorities disapproving
of warrantless wiretapping, yet you blithely assume
you know exactly what those who took the Post's poll
had in their minds.
