And that's why such a large majority of people
approve of the NSA program just as it is, right,
because they don't trust the FISA judges?

Which is why we've had all those terror attacks in
the U.S. since the FISA program was instituted, right?

Oh, wait, you keep burbling about how *successful*
it is.

When you're writing a post, do you ever think 
about whether it's consistent with your previous
posts?

handed over to the executive, with no oversight at
all from the judiciary.

Why not just chuck the judiciary altogether if it's
so incompetent?
