Funny how the "TM is the best technique of meditation in the world" mantra seems to spring so easily to the lips of those who have never in their lives learned another. Oh, excuse me...except something they read in a book and tried once or twice *before* they learned TM, after which they mysteriously became convinced that to try anything else would be beneath them.
