Get over it. Chinese peasants pay much more than that to get into Britain, and then they end up floating by the dozens, dead, in a coastal bay when they were out picking shellfish for an unknown company, and the tide came in and drowned them all. The illegal immigration problem in Europe is WAY worse than it is in the US, WAY WORSE - but generally people do not advocate discriminating against the poor just because they are trying to study there. Most people realise that it is the law and police forces that must work to keep people from staying there without a visa, otherwise it is unconstituional, unethical, and a highway to the dark ages.
